Goodbye Jesus Man
Okay so I must tell you about what happened at the festival today. This is not verbatium but it'll do.
Man: *comes up to me* Would you like to become a Christian? *hands me "How To Become A Christian NOW" pamplet*
Me: Um...okay
Man: And give these to your friends. *hands me 1 more packet for two people*
Me: I'm already a Christian. *tries to give the pamplet back but he wont' take it* I got to Church.
Kristen: Yeah me too.
Man: Where?
Me: Bethany.
Kristen: Some baptist church.
Man: Oh. Well do you know what that is on your shirt? *points to the heartagram shirt I have on*
Me: Yeah. It's for a band.
Man: Oh really. What's their name?
Me: HIM
Man: Oh. Well do you know what else that is for?
Me: Um...it's a heartagram.
Man: Is that what they call it these days?
Me: Well yeah that's what it is.
Rachel: Yeah. It has a heart.
Me: *getting annoyed* Well we have to go.
Man: Okay.
Kristen: Bye Jesus Man
Me/Rachel: Way to be rude Kristen.
Let me just clear everyone up on something. If it is a heart it's a heartagram. Also a regular pentagram does not mean satanic. It means wiccan. If it is upside down it's satanic. Wiccans do not worship the devil. So basically even if it was a pentagram that man was being really rude. You wouldn't give one of those to a person wearing a star of david shirt.
It irritated me.
