The time that I've taken I pray is not wasted
As the summer's wrapping up everyone seems in a frenzy...
Not many are fortunate enough to say they accomplished everything they originally planned on doing
and that last week before school starts again you see everyone try to scoop up a cup overflowing with the tastes of summer so that maybe, just maybe, a bit of its sweetness will spill over into the school year.
I hope each and every one of you had the summer you wished for =)
I didn't do half the things I wanted to, but I'm content with where i am...
hopefully i don't have to wait till next summer to learn a new instrument and i'm gonna try my darndest to lose those last couple lbs of my summer weight goal and get some major toning done....we'll see...;-)
I am very pleased to say that I did maintain a pretty good relationship with my Jesus this summer, though =) And I only have the highest hopes for the rest of the year.........what could be better than having a father and best friend who is all-knowing and has the ability to love the most unloveable...I think it's pretty cool =)
One major change in my life that has grown over the summer is my relationship with this certain special boy named Erik Flaten who, as of August 31st, is officially my boyfriend =) God's timing just never ceases to amaze me........it's so weird to think about the fact that I barely even knew Erik for the majority of last year!
Anyways...this blog has taken me a REALLY long time to write because my attention keeps being drawn elsewhere so i'm gonna conclude with wishing all who start school tomorrow an amazing first day of school =)
