Help fix my comp. please!

Hunter has done something. The bar at the top that you put the URL in and has stop, refresh isn't there. When you put the mouse there it shows up but when you move the mouse away it's invisible again. How do I fix it so it's there all the time? Also the bar at the bottom is gone too.

Hey there.
The bar at the bottom should be easy enough. It's probably just "squished" down there. Try grabbing down at the bottom of your screen with your mouse and dragging upward.

Somehow Hunter had clicked a button that said 'full screen' so as soon as I unclicked it, both the bottom and the top bar reappeared.
