I think MA-ingar are very strange. About a hundred of them were willing to spend their Saturday driving in a bus for hours to listen to a debate contest, have dinner and drive back home.
Needless to say, I am one of these strange people. It was really rather fun, except for the fact that the bus broke down, we had to wait for almost an hour for another bus and just barely made it in time for the debate. Which also meant that we couldn't go to Kringlan... :(
In the 20 min intermission we ran over to Kringlan, to Hagkaup and Nammibarinn... mmm... I enjoyed the debate, although we lost. It was, in my opinion, a very even competition and our team did very well... it just went the way it went.
