 Ordering

1. Choose an item of your choice and e-mail us at luvpalace22@yahoo.com.sg to make your order. Please state the item number and name.

2. Once a confirmation e-mail is sent, the item of your choice will be reserved for the next 24 hours.

3. Make a payment by transferring the stated amount to our POSB saving account within 24 hours.

4. E-mail us the payment details as stated in the confirmation e-mail and expect to receive your item.

Delivery Charges
Postage Fees:
Normal postage: $1.50 for the first item , additional $0.50 for each subsequent item
Registered postage at additional $2.25 on top of normal postage
EXCEPT SHOE,JEAN,BOOTS,BAGS - S$4.50 per item

Terms & Conditions

1. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, please be assured that every item is checked thoroughly before posting.
2. We are not responsible for any lost mail.
3. For ATM transfer, please retain your transfer receipt until we have confirmed your sale for verification purposes.
4. Kindly e-mail us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the item will be sold to the next buyer.
5. Items are sold on a first pay first serve basis.
6. Transfers will be refunded if there are no stock available.
