I won't tell you my resolutions.
I will say this about last year, it started as it ended: mostly lonely. However - in between! What a ride. The longest serious depression I've had in years. A new kind of complicated contentedness, against the backdrop of lonely mountains, giant redwood myths, and misty cold mornings feeds my new year heartily.
Yum. It's going to be an interesting year.
