Now this is a topic of interest to me. I typically dream in full color, but sometimes grey tones instead. Mine sometimes are very very clearly trying to tell me something. I've had recurring dreams for years. I think what I notice the most about dreaming is that the most unbelievable things happen and they are taken to be quite normal in the dream. Like you push a button and suddenly everything is a different color. Or you can walk up a wall. Or whatever. My most memorable one of recent time has been an updated version of the often repeated flying dream where in I screamed, "I AM NOT A MASSAGE THERAPIST!" over and over again with the most remarkable sense of joy that radiated from my heart. That was awesome, and a big hint about a new path i was going to take. I also really like to tell bizarre stories in my dreams. If I am facing a special challenge in my life, I know my dreams will give me insight and I sometimes can play out my fears by dreaming. I frequently also know I am dreaming while I am dreaming (lucidity - it comes and goes, and usually is most prevalent toward the end of the dream), a skill I have cultivated for years. But then I also have premonitions...and watch them happen in real life months later. I consider that a form of dreaming, to some degree. Anyway, cool stuff.
