This week will be grand
My lucky duck co-worker (
football_swan ) will be vacationing in sunny Florida starting Thursday (Yay for her!)
Meanwhile Thursday is the 4th anniversary of the beautiful day that I married my wonderful
phearidmond . I think there will be tasty dinners, yummy wine, and general fun-ness to celebrate. I fear that after all of that 'partying' we both may be too sick to go to work on Friday, but only time will tell.
We're considering going to the zoo or the aquarium, or both. But Saturday the zoo is having "Brew at the Zoo" which does look like lots of fun. Also, the plan to visit stone mountain has been pushed back because sometime later this summer (I think around the middle of June) they will be opening a ropes course that looks super fun.
Tonight I think I will make a potato, leek, and feta pie, and possibly a berry-tastic pie for dessert; I've got fresh strawberries from Washington Farm and frozen mixed berries to go with. We'll see.
