So, I've been bugged by people to update.....so here it is. ;)
The class I teach in the mornings had to be canceled because the idiots who moved our location (for this week because of construction), moved us to a room with no piano.....it's kind of impossible to teach an Aural skills class with no piano. Anyway, Wind Ensemble concert went fairly well. We got through everything. I'm hoping we get new music today. Got a 98 on my flute technique midterm....so I'm happy with that. We finally got the majority of my recital program planned out for next semester. It looks to be a good recital. Don't have a date yet or anything, but I'm looking forward to it. In other news, it looks like I'm going to Ireland for two weeks this summer. I have to get all the details worked out, but life seems pretty good with that. I'm hopefully going to take Dr. Smith's Irish Music, Folklore, and Culture course next semester. Anyway, that's about it for now. Peace, love, and music!
