We signed a lease today! We're going to be staying in a nice old brick apartment building in downtown Flint, walking distance from work. The apartments still have the milk doors from when the milkman would drop off milk. The apartment has all hardwood floors and two walk in closets, with built in drawers and shelves and such. Turns out our roomie dropped out and it's just Shaun and I, but I'm really not too sad about it. It's a good enough price that it's not going to affect things an awful much. I'm super excited. I can't wait to walk to work and drop a few pounds and save gas money. Wheeee!!!
