LONDON, England (AP) -- Maverick Member of Parliament George Galloway has said it would be "morally justified" for an assassin to target Prime Minister Tony Blair
Meanwhile Blair says that troops will be staggered around the mark of 2007, while Bush stands firm and says American troops will be removed when 'Iraq is ready'.
Sorry for being a pessimist... but speaking as a lay person, isn't conflict in Iraq more of a generational thing, than something sparked specifically by Saddam Hussein? Therefor I forsee American troops being there a while. I feel so sorry for everyone over there. Now that we the coalition have destroyed Saddam and his invisible weapons of mass destruction, this is all essentially racially motivated, all of this insurgency. I wish there was some sort of education program being put in place, you know. Something to make sure future generations of Iraqis can live side by side with someone, even fi they're not the same race. That'd be cool.
