New Layout and A Suggestions List

I maded it because Paul Bettany is lovely. It's not entirely sea-worthy yet, but I want to go on a run. So there. :D
I fuckin' hate Fox, just for the record. Evol, evol bastards.

So, a list of recommendations for those of you who haven't been able to pull this off yet:
1. Watch the TV show Firefly. Then memorise "The Hero of Canton" so we can sing it together. And you'll understand why "special hell" is such a fandom meme.
2. Read the Sandman comics by Neil Gaiman. Start with the second book if you've never read comics before - there's less OMG, COMICSVERSE! if you start with the second.
3. Read the Shoebox_Project. READ IT. Here's the first entry. Go. :D
4. Read a book by Bill Bryson.
5. See if NaNoWriMo is for you. It's for me, for damn sure. And you know you want to. I'm getting all psyched for it. I even bought a T-shirt and a travel mug. *cackles*
