The Triple Crown!!!
So I had a very....let us say, full Friday evening. And I mean FULL! No, not lots to do. I just became very, very, extremely full.
There is a long standing tradition here called the Triple Crown and while it is no longer a school sponsored event there are those of us who will carry on the tradition. Here's what it is:
Go to Mickey's and eat one Big Mic (double cheeseburger). ok no problem. actually I was still hungry.
Go to Gene & Jude's and eat one double dog with fries (they put the fries right on top of the hotdog. I ate it still rather quickly, yet I was no longer hungry.
Go to Sub T's and eat one order of Cheesy BG(butter & garlic) Fries (they are huge). This was very hard indeed.
But I did it!!! I successfully completed the Triple Crown and very much enjoyed that night of grease. Then the 21 and olders went across the street to the bar and had an irish carbomb. Luckily I'm not old enough so I had an excuse. We'll see about next year. Oh! And guess who we meet at Gene & Jude's? Prof Kohrs!! He used to be one of the profs who judged it in the past. So he joined us for the rest of the night and took part in it himself. He even did the irish carbomb! How cool is that. I respect for Prof Kohrs has just gone way up.
So, needless to say I ate very little Saturday. But I'm fine now. I never got sick and am really quite proud of myself. You all may think it is gross but well that's your opinion (although it kinda is). Happy Eating!
