Job Searches
So explain to me why it is that Monster.com has a more user friendly site when it comes to hunting up jobs, such as years of experience, or job category, etc. But CareerBuilder.com has more jobs posted up? I hate CareerBuilder! You can't choose experience level for jobs, and even when I search within the 'Accounting' careers I still get literally 100-150 job postings for Medical Transcription and Coding . I mean... seriously?! And it's like impossible to exclude them so I end up swimming through junk attempting to find a job I'm qualified for and that is the same field as my major. Complete anarchy. It's enough to make you want to give up on job searches altogether... or start your own job website! Lol.
