The sky looks amazing today. It's completely filled with smoke from the fires that you would swear they were clouds and the sun is trying to poke through making it orange. I like it because it looks like sunset all day long. Even my white down comforter looks orange when the sun shines on it.
I'm happy it's autumn. A lot of people bitch about the holiday season, but I like it. Halloween, Thanksgiving, me and Dann's Anniversary and Christmas are all my favorites. Plus the weather starts getting colder which means you can wear pretty scarves and jackets.
I just bought my plane ticket for when I visit home over the holidays and I downloaded a bunch of Vince Gauaraldi Trio. Lounging around in my pajamas at noon..I feel cozy. That's another great thing about autumn and winter, you get to use the word cozy. I won't say it too much though or else I'll start analyzing it and begin to hate it. You just never have that feeling in the spring or summer.
I can't wait to be in Texas. I feel like I will have it all. The love of my life, a nice home with my best friend that is close to other friends and one (maybe two) great jobs.
