The government makes me sick. I love America, don't get me wrong. But I do not agree at ALL with what we are doing. On the cover of USA Today the hideliner was:
"U.S. aim in Iraq: 'Lightning' action Don't look for another Persian Gulf War. Instead, the scenario will include high-tech weapons, snap intelligence, swift movement and propaganda.
Ok, now figure this out. Straight out of my World History book it states:
"On September 1, 1939, Nazi forces stormed into Poland, revealing the enormous power of Hitler's blitzkrieg, or 'Lightning war'. First, German planes bombed airfields, factories, towns, and citites, and screaming dive bombers fired on troops and civilians. Then, fast-moving tanks and troop transports roared into the country. The Polish army faught back uncessfully."
Tell me that's not fuckin shitty. At the time when Germany [the nazis] invaded Poland, they actually thought they were doing the right thing by killing off all the Jews, but now we look back and we think as the nazi's as evil. The Nazi's didn't really have a full explanation on WHY they were invaded Poland. Do we have a FULL explanation on why we're going to be invading Iraq? So what they may have 'Nuclear Bombs'.. Alot of other countries that we're not allies with have bombs, we're not going into there killing all there people are we? NO. But In my opinion, I think that Bush is a fuckin greedy bastard, and just wants to invade there for oil. Of course, tons of people die and our gas prices get cheaper. No Problem right?? Not.
People in this country are so brainwashed by what they read in the papers, that they really don't care what happens to anyone but themselves. In the article in USA Today it says "Army Rangers with night-vision goggles and ''whisper'' microphones would parachute from C-130s flying at 500 feet to seize airfields in southern and western Iraq. After a 10-second plunge to earth, they would quickly set up hubs for tens of thousands of American ground forces streaming into these new bases by air and land."
Sounds like we're just going to go into Iraq and just wipe them out right? And they say there won't be alot of deaths but im pretty sure the Iraqi's aren't just going to stand there and let us invade their country. But then in another part of the article the author writes "Don't look for a huge invasion force thundering across Iraq's borders." But the FIRST fuckin paragraph in the article says "..A flock of B-2 stealth bombers crusing some six miles above Baghdad, Iraq, unleashes dozens of stellite-guided bombs on military command and air targets." Contridict much?

That's basically saying "Oh hey don't worry guys, we're just trying to fool Saddam about getting the hint about the war.." but thats fuckin SHIT because everybody & their friends brother reads USA Today. Why would they fuckin print high-top military stuff in a paper that everyone can read??? If i knew Saddam I could just call him up and be like "Hey buddy, the military is just tryin to fool you..blah blah" It doesn't make fuckin sense!! Ugh whatever, my point is that the people in the US don't realize what the govt. is doing to us, and the papers don't give you shit. This is our fuckin generation that has to live with this shit. Hopefully people will open their eyes and realize. But yea... cya
