I broke down and convinced my roommate to drive to SF's Union Street Lush. (We had to be in the city anyway.) For any Powell regulars here and wondering, one of the SAs estimated the store would open around the 26th, though it's not at all definite. Here's to hoping! Union St is great (and a heck of a lot bigger, too), but it's just harder to get to.
Came away with:
- Reincarnate (~$9 chunk)
- Soft shampoo puck
- Small slice of Heavenly Bodies
- Love Lettuce (can't wait to try this!)
- Sample of Aqua Marina
With Herbalism done for and my pot getting low, I thought AM might be a good one to move to. I still love AOBS, but it didn't take care of my occasional stress breakouts. Don't know if this one will either, but it's worth a try!
My hair is very happy with me. The trip was worth the effort! I still get a kick out of being able to smell the store a long time before I see it.
