Hard to Open!!
I bought Maple Taffy during the holiday season. I'm finding it particularly hard to open/unscrew. My hands hurt now. I opened it with a nail file, but it got stuck again when I closed it. Can I return/exchange it even though it's a limited item and is probably all gone? It's kind of dented now because of my efforts, too. Plus it's been months, but I'm guessing this is why I didn't used it.
