I've just recently been introduced to Lush but have decide to make it a habit. I have questions.

1. Aqua Marina is said on the website to be good for sensitive skin. Is this true in your experience or do you recommend a different cleanser?

2. What is the best shampoo/conditioner combo for thin, oily, dyed hair?

3. What is your favorite soap?

advice: haircare, advice: skincare

I haven't used Aqua Marina, but I've also got sensitive skin, and I really like Angels on Bare Skin. It exfoliates very gently, and leaves my skin very soft.

And as for my favorite soap, I'm stuck on Porridge right now, just because of the smell. It's like cake, and it makes me smile every time I use it.

I have thin, oily dyed hair and the shampoo/conditioner combo that works best for me is I Love Juicy/Veganese.

this is exactly what I use! my hair's not dyed, but DEFINITELY oily and thin (so annoying).

This combo makes my hair shiny and bouncy, I love it. I'm gonna splurge and get the giant bottles next time (though even the 250ml lasts FOREVER!)

Aqua Marina is good for sensitive skin (lots of calamine powder in it to soothe), but 9 to 5 is even better if you're really sensitive. (the dove orchid in it is great for skin that can get irritated quickly)

Well, it really depends on how you like your hair to feel after washing (bouncy, soft, etc) But from what I've seen I Love Juicy and Veganese work really nicely together. My inital instinct says Big - BUT if you color treat, esp a darker color, the salt may affect that.

all time fav - Honey I Washed the Kids, soap of the moment - Snowglobe.

hope this was helpful ^^

1. Haven't tried Aqua Marina yet, but Angels on Bare Skin was always nice, and I do have fairly sensitive skin. The new Buche de Noel Christmas Cleanser is nice for sensitive skin as well...

2. Maybe not so much for dyed hair because of the citrus oils in this one (supposedly can have a tendency to fade colored hair?) but Jumping Juniper solid shampoo from the Retro line is awesome for oily hair... For conditioner, I've only used American Cream and Jungle and I love American Cream the most. Use it just at the ends of your hair, though.

3. The Godmother, and Rock Star :) Snowcake from the Christmas line is also pretty great. I've tried A TON of Lush products, but I have narrowed down a few select favorites in each category.

Sandstone and Sea Vegetable are my favorite soaps.

And I second the I Love Juicy+Veganese suggestion.
