hello lovelies! I have a concern that hopefully some of you will be able to help out with here. I checked the tags and didn't really see anything about this.
I have oily skin, and though I don't get breakouts often anymore, my skin has been very acne-prone in the past and I do have some scarring from past breakouts. As such, I'm really careful about what I put on my face, and I've found Lush to be really great for this. I've been using Lush cleansers for years and just made the switch to a Lush moisturizer.
Currently, I alternate between Dark Angels and Fresh Farmacy for washing my face, then I tone with Tea Tree Water morning and night, and moisturize with Vanishing Cream morning and night. This has done wonders for my skin (DA + VC seems to do the same on my scarring that my $75/mo dermabrasions did!). Also, I just switched from using Ultrabland to 9 to 5 to remove my makeup.
HOWEVER, I'm unfortunately getting some small bumps on my chin, in the area under my lip :( I know it's not FF, because I've been using it for forever. Something similar happened last year when I was using TTW, and after I switched to a non-Lush toner it went away. So I think it's probably TTW, but it's strange since I've used pure tea tree oil before with no problems, and that it's only on my chin.
Has anyone else had this problem? Could it be something other than TTW in my routine? And does anyone else have similar skin and recommend a toner that's not TTW?
thanks! ♥
