Fresh Face Mask Suggestions

I'm going to Lush this weekend and have five black pots to trade in for my free face mask...but I'm having trouble deciding which one I want to try next. I have pretty sensitive skin, occasional hormonal breakouts, and some eczema (Angels on Bare skin does a great job keeping that at bay, but I don't want anything to flare it up or dry my skin up ( Read more... )

Brazened Honey is my personal favorite, but that may be too harsh for your skin. Honestly I don't find the Oatfix mask to be all that moisturizing. More soothing and delicious smelling, really. I think that might actually work well for you.

Thanks! I keep going back and forth about Oatifix. I'm really glad you said it's not that moisturizing...for some reason I expect it to leave a greasy film...maybe because it looks and smells so much like food. Haha.

I found it pretty moisturizing, but I think it would be fine on anyone who has normal to dry skin, just probably not combo or oily. If you're concerned, you might wait until winter, when your skin might appreciate a bit of extra moisture, and for now go with another one. I would stay far away from Brazened Honey given your sensitive skin, and I'd either go with the BB Seaweed again (if you loved it, why not use it again?) or maybe Love Lettuce.

Crash Course totally irritated my skin too btw. I think it's the citrus.

Yeah once i left crash course on my skin for too long and i broke out! i have sensitive/dry skin.
