(no subject)
I started working at Lush in May and I have been dying to bring home a huge haul, but I haven't been able to due to some bills and being broke from vacation..well today I finally did it! Some of this stuff I have tried before but alot of it is brand-new to me. I included the list with some little blurbs about things. I put a couple of questions and things that I forgot to ask my coworkers about how to use/store as well :)
Mods, I just did tags for the products that I had questions about, hope this is okay!
*Charlotte Island (big bottle)- I used this today and I love the subtle tint it gave my skin. The scent is to die for. I decided to do the "clothes test" by wearing an old white tank top after I put it on to see if it rubbed off. Well...it did. Not much, and only in the torso and upper arm area. I may just save this to put on my arms and legs. Anybody else have problems with it rubbing off? Maybe I didn't let it dry long enough? Also, do you put it on your face?
*Coco Lotion
*Aromaco-This definitely has staying power for me! I put some on this afternoon and I don't stink. I may put some Coconut Deodorant powder that I already have on top of it because I'm not a huge fan of the smell, though it isn't terrible. I just like smelling like coconuts more. How do you store your Aromaco without it getting nasty? I cut mine into two smaller pieces and currently have them stored in one of the Lush plastic tubs on my dresser. Do you think I should leave the lid on or off? I wasn't sure if anything would make it dry out, go bad, etc.
*Sugar Babe-Crushed it up and mixed it with Yummy x3 in a plastic tub, amazing! It looked like a parfait before I mixed it all together :)
*Colour Supplements in Light Pink and Light Yellow-I use the testers all the time at work, the light coverage is perfect and I'm so happy I own them now!!
*Enchanted Eye Cream
*Gorgeous-I have been using a sample of this I have at home for a couple of weeks and I decided this would be absolutely worth it.
*Angels on Bare Skin
*Ultrabland-This is my new favorite thing. If you haven't already, try mixing it with Ocean Salt. The Ultrabland will calm down the abrasiveness of OS, get the gunk outta yr pores, and you can wash it off with water instead of a washcloth/toner this way.
*Honey Trap lip balm
*Sakura solid perfume
*King of Mods
*Goth Juice-Was originally going to get the Big Tease, but we ran out today. Was convinced by one of my coworkers to try this instead, we'll see how it goes!
*Curly Wurly-I'm using New! shampoo to try and help with hair growth, but its a bit drying, so I picked up CW for a bit more moisturization on the days where I'm not using New! Would probably use it just for the smell alone.

*Coolaulin-Figured I would keep a couple of conditioners around. How do you like this stuff? The only other conditioner I tried before this was Veganese, how does it compare?

*Hair Doctor-Another product to help with hair growth. I like it, I like the way my scalp feels, but its sooo thick and hard to apply. Any tips or tricks?
If you couldn't tell, a good portion of my paycheck went back to Lush today :p I've been working hard, I'm worth it! At least I keep telling myself that :)
