As promised, an update to my earlier dandruff issue post. (with more questions!)
So, I found my first round of SLS free shampoo/conditioner, and so far I like it. Its just some Burt's Bees, I got at Target. After my first wash, there was a HUGE difference. I did see some small flaking, but I think it was probably just leftovers that hadn't quite fallen off my scalp or was trapped somewhere in my hair (which is incredibly thick, and long) . So I'm going say its a pretty sure bet that I DO have a sensitivity to SLS in shampoo, which leads me to my next question.
As I saw in a previous post about SLS shampoo, it sparked my attention to ask you all who do use SLS free shampoos/conditioners, what are some other good brands you have tried and liked? I'd like some other options for the future if I decided its time to switch things up from Burt's a little.
on a side note, it makes me really sad that I can't really use Lush hair care products anymore :( I hope that in the future they can work towards providing a hair product or two that does not contain SLS because I would definitely use it if they did.
