is it okay to use angels on bare skin twice a day? morning and at night? or should i just use it once?

also how often should i use buffy? once a week? every other day? i just bought it and i've used it once but i love it and want to keep using it!

I use my buffy every day. I buy the large ones from the UK, so it's a bit more affordable to use it every day. :) My skin has never been so soft!

I use Angles on Bare Skin twice a day and it's been fine for me

I think all but ultra oily skin does better with cleansing in general only once a day (my skin actually does best once every 2 days when I'm not wearing makeup), and I would never use an exfoliating cleanser more than once a day if that often. Your skin has evolved to take care of itself reasonably well, and cleansing it too much removes natural oils, which can make dry skin drier and oily skin oilier (as the skin overcompensates).

The SA at my store said to use the face scrubs (AOBS or Herbalisim) only 2x per week, so that's all I've done.
