Tonight's bath!/rant
I stopped by my local lush store today while shopping for winter clothes... I was a bit put off all day because I had found literally NOTHING in my size for winter...to cheer myself up I had a bath!
My store was having a 'spend 35$ get a free bubble bar' promotion, so I picked up the comforter bar.
I used about 1/4 of the comforter with 1/4 honey bee, as recommended by a poster here... Mhmmm, the bath smelled really nice, a bit girly, but so relaxing. lots of bubbles, too!
while I was bathing I used jasmine & henna fluff ease on my hair as a treatment, then washed it off with trichomania and a sample of retread I had gotten today.
My store had a few of their christmas items out (although they still have no idea when their party is!) and I picked up santa's rice poridge. It smells really good, reminds me a bit of fruitcake around christmas time. It's really thick, i'd say almost thicker than oatifix, and it's a bit annoying when applying because the pieces of fruit make it hard to apply, and fall off while your sitting with the mask... My skin felt really nice after, though, and still smells yummy!
A while back someone posted about the vanilla mountains being discounted to $5.00, so I placed an order for four. on the NA site they supposedly give you a tracking number with all their orders, and after over a week of not seeing that tracking number, I emailed them about it. They replied that they had an overload of people buying that item, and ran out, so they had to make more. they're now in stock and because of the wait they will be switching my regular shipping to expedited and sending it out monday afternoon (this coming monday).
This made me a bit ticked off! I figure the whole point of putting a discon item for sale, is they want to get rid of it! aka they no longer want to make anymore. doesn't this defeat the purpose??? it also ticked me off that well, they should be keeping up with how many they have left, and selling just that many. there never was an out of stock when I purchased the item, and it also bugs me they never bothered to email me and say my order would take a little longer. I feel almost as if I hadn't emailed them, they wouldnt have changed my shipping option and it would've taken longer to send... gah, lush! I still love you, though...
