No sir, I don't like it...

I LOVE Lush and am an addict-in-training. However, I don't like everything I've come across in Lush-land...in fact, there are some things I downright loathe!

So, please tell me what your great dislikes are in the Lush product line?

I have a few personal "hates"...one (perhaps two) for sure to be scandalous.

1. Massage Bars (any and all). I don't ( Read more... )

I don't like jasmine. I wish I did but I don't. In small doses I can TOLERATE it, but I won't like the product a lot. I will never ever buy All That Jasmine again. It mellowed once I threw it in the bath (seriously...I used it just to get rid of it because I wasn't about to throw it away...but it was like "This needs to go NOW") but... still.

I didn't like Hot Milk either. At all.

I'm kind of meh about the shower jellies. I LOVELOVELOVE the scent of Snowshowers...but it's the jelly part that gets annoying. It falls to pieces no matter how I use it.

What makes me sad is that a lot of the scents don't linger. At least my favorites don't seem to.

I'm having some issues finding the right hair care routine for me. My hair's going through a super oily phase right now and I haven't been able to use any of their hair products lately because nothing is working. Karma Komba works best for oil, but it hasn't been good enough lately. And it's making me sad. And I, too, have tried Jungle and I like the scent a lot but I don't think it's done anything for my hair. Neither has Veganese. :(

Anyway...

Yeah, I love Lush, but don't like everything. I think that's natural. :)

I have all of those. :\ Although my seanik is a bit wonky and mushy right now because I think some water got into the tin. And I love them all. But when my hair gets super oily...it's just not enough. Otherwise, I love them all. Just recently got a full size of Big for the first time. I'd used samples before. Lovvve it. Lovvve the smell of Seanik.

My hair's just being weird lately. It's normally not oily like this. I think it's a summer thing, I dunno. I do a lot of theatre so I'm usually messing with my hair a lot so it's NORMALLY on the drier side.

I find Big helps my hair when it's having a super-oily phase. Typically I use it 1-2x a week, but when my hair's having it's "time", I find it helps cut the oil better than anything else. New! is also a good one - the cinnamon helps me!

1. Love your username.

2. I love Big. Just when my hair gets uber-oily, it's not enough. Most days it'll be fine, but some days... I'll use it and it helps some...but I'll still have this one giant oil slick on the back of my head.

Wow this sounds disgusting. LOL

Maybe I'll try New...haven't yet.

To me, Hot Milk smelled like...nothing. I don't get why you'd buy something that smells, literally, like nothing. *shrug*

Yeah, it just kind of smelled...like...soap to me. A weird...soapy...chemical type smell. I really have no clue how to even describe it.

LOL Maybe mine was a "better" batch? Because there definitely was some sort of...smell to it.

I don't know which would be better though...the weird soapy smell or just...nothing.
