If I went to a desert island and could only bring (an unlimited supply of) two Lush products, it would be:
"13 Unlucky for Dirt" Soap - When I bought this from the UK (I live in USA, but didn't want to wait for it to hit USA stores) I fell in love with the smell and usefulness. The oregano oil has magically anti-bacterial properties, but since it wasn't made in a lab (i.e. anti-bacterial hand gels) that makes me feel safer about using it. (Please don't respond to this post with comments about the anti-biotics controvery...this post is about Lush love!) The smell is a delicate rose. I cut the bar into 3 pieces to be EVERYWHERE in my small home: Shower, Bathroom Sink, Kitchen Sink. I even use it to wash dishes (since I don't have a dishwasher, everything is washed by hand).
"Silky Underwear" Dusting Powder - Just when I thought this product couldn't possibly be more versatile, I find another use for it. The combo of drying powder and moisturizing cocoa butter is perfection. Right now, it is my:
Armpit deoderant (works better than anything I've tried)
Anti-Chafing powder (you other curvy ladies probably know what I mean)
Foot Care (I pour it into my socks)
Linen Freshener (when my sheets smell too much like my kitty, who sleeps there)
Instant Mood Lift (especially at bedtime when I feel sweaty & unsexy)
These products will help me through the coldest winters and hottest summers. How did I live before them?
