Reviews: UK Order and Vanilla Fun
So like many others I took the plunge and placed an order 2 weeks ago from UK Lush. And I was shocked and the huge price difference and that my UK order was about 50% cheaper than buying the same things in the US, even with the $14 shipping! Shocking.
So since I was trying something new I wanted to get some products that I couldn't get in the US, namely the much anticipated Vanilla line.
Heavanilli Massage Bar: It is a very very small massage bar. The smell is nice, and the cocoa butter texture is lovely and melts nicely, but it was just OK. I don't think I will be buying this again.
Vanilla Puff Dusting Powder: Ok this is totally awesome. I used this in conjunction with Heavanilli and the powder really made the scent so much nicer and stronger. I still love my Silky Underwear, but this is already strong in my rotation of use. The result is silky smooth skin that stays scented all day long. Yum. Totally will be re-ordering.
The Soft Touch Bar: I am obsessive about taking care of my hands and skin, and this little bar of gold is amazing. It goes on a little greasy, but once you rub the oils into your cuticles and hands (or feet!) the result is super soft hands. I love using it right before bed, since I don't need to worry about having slightly greasy hands and having it soak in overnight has really helped.
King of Skin: I am totally obsessed with this body butter. Holy crap, my legs and arms have never been this silky and soft. And while it was odd turning off the shower rubbing the butter on, then turning the shower back on and washing the butters off, the result has completely changed my habit.
