Lush: The Mood Lifter
I'm still a little pouty because I was trapped in rural VA and had to miss the after Christmas sales, but that's okay. Lush party on my birthday makes me smile! (Lush Towson is having a party on my birthday, so I am going to get my butt in there and go!)
So, today, after I'd spent a week being a hermit in my apartment, I decided to give myself a little facial cocktail and a nice Lush shower since showers with Flying Fox pretty much cure any lousy mood.
I've found that my fresh facial masks (which I've kept longer than I should have) tend to last pretty long, so I gave myself a facial with Cupcake, then stepped into the shower. My skin has begun to break out due to stress and once I came home from vacation, I misplaced my bar of Coalface, so I grabbed Sweet Japanese Girl instead.
I gave my hair a wash with Rub Rub Rub, washed my face, and then smoothed Flying Fox all over, surprised by how fast Jasmine and Honey seemed to lift my spirits.
A little bit of Tea Tree Water, Celestial and Sympathy For the Skin later, and I am feeling 100% better.
