Emotibombs, new shower gels, apparently whole new lines of products -- she was hush hush on the details but I think it's mostly stuff that's already been released in the UK (check out the UK Lush website).

very cool! thx for the info. it never ceases to annoy me how a few SA's are totally up to speed on new products/promos/etc, but most of the ones i happen to run into (nyc: soho, union sq, 34th st) are clueless. i feel like i'm the one informing them half the time. =(

We have a few here that have been with Lush a looooong time so they know lots and lots. I appreciate it.

I know! It shocked me that the SA's, MIT and Manager where I went to school (Providence, RI) were more on top of things (much more!) then the NYC stores. I don't want to go into a NYC store because of it...I miss my Providence staff (about the only thing I miss about Providence!)

Sometimes, when it comes to new products, it's a confidentiality thing. We get people in our shop all the time who want to talk about upcoming products, but we haven't been given the OK to inform customers (or even the rest of the staff) about it yet.
