retro goodies?
greetings all.
i know there was a posting last week regarding the new retro goodness and a couple of you stated that you had received your orders on monday.
i missed the first couple 'rounds' of the retro order but got mine placed on the 8th. i live in nyc but am having it shipped to a friend in sheffield, uk. it's now been 3 weeks and i've heard nothing. according to the website my order is still processing, the items did make it past the 50 threshold so i'm pretty sure they'll get made. but is it normal for there to be no communication at all between when the order is placed and it arrives at your door?
i guess i'm just curious as to whether any of you received an email confirmation either at the time of your order or when it shipped? how long did it take between placing your orders and them arriving? did your credit card just get charged after a period of time (mine hasn't yet)? i know the strike kind of threw the postal service into a spin for a bit, but is it still backlogged? i sent an email to lush yesterday and am hoping to hear back soon, but i thought i'd ask around to see if anyone else had any info. thanks!
