As part of my on-going detoxification program, I’m required to raise up my metabolism a notch. Which brings me to a word that I dread so very much -- physical activity.

tips (i am a diet queen:P heh. i lost 25 lbs since freshman year of college (15 lbs all in one summer. 10 lbs all in 2 months-when my boyfriend broke up with me. heh.):
1. 1 rice meal a day. if you are a rice person. if you can survive without rice, the better. i can live without rice for weeks. oh and if may rice meal, lunch ha. bawal dinner.
2. but that doesn't mean babawiin mo sa carbs. if carbs din lang, wheat bread. gardenia wheat bread is yummylicious.
3. key is ulam+gulay. gulay+rice. ulam+rice is a bad combination. that equals fat. we don't want that.
4. don't drink anything but water. or tea. starbucks coffee doesn't count. some frappes reach 700 calories. Amazing research i do huh?
5. try no meals after 6pm. if you get hungry, sige i allow you til 730.
6. haha, i am not your friend pero feeling friend, but yeah. do this, and kahit papaano you'll lose weight. fo sho' :)
good luck on your execising. i just read that you want to notch up your metabolism. oops! metabolism. hee hee. 3 glasses on green tea increases your metabolism. you lose 80 calories extra. i read that somewhere too.
