Black/White

OK,

This show should just be retitled Racism For Dummies.

I was really interested to see this show when I saw the commercials for it. The whole idea of two families living life in the opposite race's skin sounded very intriguing. Jesus, was I duped.

I cannot believe they found these dimwitted parents and put them on TV, unless it was just for the "duh" factor. Both parents spout off this moronic rhetoric about how they see each other. The white guy even says "I can't wait for the first time someone comes up to me as a black man and says 'Hey, nigger!'" He says this THREE FUCKING TIMES!!! The families sit around and explain to each other all the "mannerisms" of each other's race. White people are too inquisitive. Black people don't hug. When sitting, white people sit upright. Blacks on the other hand, slouch and hang loose.

The only bright spot about this show, is that the only ones who seem to have a fucking clue are the two kids. Hopefully, they don't listen to their parents, like most teens don't. Otherwise, these two victims will become just another pair of stereotypes.

I can't believe a show is actually making me this angry. Think I am gonna go back to writing.
