What a pain in the ass this whole move thing has become!!
Let's start with the two apartments I am trying to get. Both of them said I needed to find a part time job so I would qualify under the income guidelines. No problem. I went to the mall where I am transferring to, and not only did I walk away with a job that pays $11 for part time (if my references check out), but they asked me to consider a full time management position with them. It is with Regal Cinemas. I used to be a theater manager back in the day. While it was tons of fun when I was younger, I don't know if I want to go back to that type of life again. But, if the salary is right, FUCK TARGET!!
And speaking of which, of all the things to happen. I just found out today that the bane of my existence, my current manager is leaving the same time I am. She was the main reason I was looking to transfer. I almost cried laughing. This is just how my life works....LOL
So, it is now the 14th. I basically have two weeks to get the part time (or new full time) job confirmed, call the realtors back and get interviews for the apartments, pack up my shit and move......wherever.
I need a good stiff drink and anything else that will help relieve the tension.....
