like coming home
there is something nostalgic about an anonymous posting like this,
i remember when this was a haven, a place to spill myself for all to see,
some sort of enchantment brought me back here and i remember getting lost in the LJ web which differs from the Myspace web in no subtle way:
an online journal has that romantic, almost forbidden quality, like you shouldn't be reading it, but the person who wrote it knows you (or someone who knows you) will, it's more raw (and not in the sense of naked pics like on Myspace), there's also something more personal about reading the intimate details or twisted imaginings running thru someone else's mind,
i don't plan on writing in here regularly anymore, but it's nice to have a place to go where there's still some form of anonymity
