I just got off the phone with CARL! be jealous.
Good thing I didn't spend one more minute in the shower, cuz I would have missed his call. HOORAY FOR CARL! So happy I got to talk to my little vendejo, my partner in crime. Hadn't talked to him in two months. Can't wait to see your ass in 3.5 weeks!
Gramma and Grampa's was muy divertido last night. Aunt Mary, Gramma, Grampa, my mother, and Chopper were there of course, but my Aunt Liz & Uncle Glenn from Florida were there, too (they had just returned from their vacation in Hawaii)! They brought me a bracelet...and tons of shampoos, conditioners, shower caps, bath gel, and soaps from the hotels they stayed in ("for the college student" they said...methinks they were trying to hint at something. Man, those bathroom products sure will come in handy both of the times I'll shower this year!!!).
Also in attendence were Cousins Glenn and little Nick and Aunt Jo and cousin Nicky Bombu and Aunt Robin and Uncle Jerry. : ) Fun fun times. When I wasn't bullshitting with the family, I was goofing around in the basement with little Nick and Glenn...belching like a madman with Nick and running away/hiding from Glenn with Nick buah haha. After a fun evening at the grandparents', went to Mike's where cuddling and goofing around commenced. We talked about going up north, and he kept making fun of me after I told him about the Island Monster that Beth and I encountered a few years ago. He then thought it was a super idea to start implementing scary thoughts of EVERYTHING CREEPY HE COULD THINK OF into my head...to the extent where I was afraid to drive home by myself and was genuinely freaked out. Man, hadn't been that freaked out in a lonnnnng time. I don't know why i was so scared. I warned him that the only nightmares I have that night better be only Godzilla related or else I'd kick his ass...cuz Godzilla is sweet. He calmed me down by putting in "The Land Before Time," which I hadn't seen in YEARS. Only watched about fifteen minutes of it (it was near the end anyways), and then I had to go home.
