The trip to EL was fun filled. After arriving at about 3pm, my first destination was Mr. RD Wingfield's, aka The Rodge or RAW or Stinky Filipino. After trips with him to the post office and dropping off Jaime (pronounced "Hi-May"), watched E! at his house until Patty and Jenny arrived. Shortly after their arrival, we went to the Barrel with Jon, Jasshole, and Stacey. GOOD burgers. Stacey is the pickle queen.

Played some Jenga (I lost) and Rummy O at Jon's for a bit, then went swimsuit shopping with Stace, Jules, and Kelsi. I think after a girl turns 19 or so, swimsuit shopping becomes a hellish ordeal. I didn't personally need a new 'suit, so I wasn't stressed about finding one thankfully. Went to Jenny's and to Starbucks (where she treated me to chai! Thank you, my love!) with her and her friend Stacey so they could study as I read "Vanity Fair." Hiked back to Jenny's around 11, where she and I watched "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" and laughed our asses off together. I don't think two people have ever laughed so loudly at that fine film. The subtle humor is what kills us. Went to bed around 1.

Jenny got up at 5am for work, and I slept on and off til 10. She arrived shortly after I woke up, so we went out for brunch at Bruegger's with her roommate Kendra and we met a guy who calls Jenny's show every week who she'd never met. So that was interesting. Dropped Jenny off at the Library after brunch, then visited my LOML ADAM!

Adam and I ran some errands, then he let me shower at his house AND he gave me two frisbees. Hurray for Adam! Then he treated me to lunch at Ruby Tuesday's (he owed me a meal anyways since I bought him at a date auction months ago, but it was a sweet gesture nonetheless).

After lunch with the loml, I drove home, where I was greeted by requests to help move crap around in the garage (no biggie) then get bitched at about putting miles on the car. I wasn't aware that cars aren't made to be driven and that putting 12000 miles on the car since I bought it over a year ago is unacceptable. I guess if he wants me to not put so many miles on the car, I'll save on miles by stop coming home during the school year. Sounds good to me. What do you think? I woudln't put so many miles on it if we didn't live in the boondocks (resulting in any destination except work being at least ten to fifteen miles away). However, to prevent Dad from blowing a gasket, I'm not attending the Crabs game tonight. Ugh. When I'm not on the computer tonight, I guess I'll hole myself up in my room.

Have I mentioned that I can't WAIT to move into my house in two months???
