Well my time on day shift is over and today I'm back on my original shift and soon begin working on training people who need it on various tasks. The bright side of my six weeks on days is that I got used to going to be early and getting up early. So my current plan is now to get up early and exercise in the morning instead of going completely back to my old schedule. So far 1 for 1. Here's hoping I stick to this more than I did on other things.
