People have committed FELONIES in the name of Twilight?? As someone in one of the responses said, " Faith in humanity...dwindling...". Although I gotta say, I laughed out loud at the being hit with a Bible one. Irony much?
Just finished watching a documentary about female Israeli soldiers, the training they go through and everything. It's weird because these women are younger than me, and in some ways are still "normal" (..ahem) teenage girls, they gossip and giggle and talk about boys...it's just they're gossiping while watching their commander teach them to shoot a M-14, giggling and cheering because their group won the simulated combat exercise, and instead of grades, there was a scene where one girl cried because she she didn't want to disappoint her parents by telling them that a ranking officer had reprimanded her that day. I remembered as I was watching how, by the time I got back from Israel from my Bat Mitzvah when I was 13, I was /daydreaming/ about being one of those women, with their swagger and their army clothes and their fucking MACHINE GUNS. I thought they were the coolest bitches in the universe.
I still do, a bit. Is that bad?
In other news, Callie has been stalking a small rodent throughout the house for two days now. My parents don't believe me but I saw her pouncing down the hallway at 3 am last night. She's camped out in the spare bedroom staring fixedly under the radiator.
ARG IM SO BORED. I wish my stupid jaw would just heal already so I could go out! I went over to Amy's last night, and she came over the night before, but man if I don't hang out with someone other than her and my parents soon, I'm gonna snap. SPOCK WILL CHOKE A BITCH!
