I KNOW THE SUN'S STILL SHININ' WHEN I CLOSE MY EYES & THERE'RE SOME HARD TIMES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
There are so many blessings in our lives that we may never realize. I mean, we have everything here right in front of us, handed to us on a silver platter and yet we complain about everything. I know I too fall victim to this disease. It's like the old saying, you're never happy with what you've got. But, you look around and see so many people who have so much less than you and are so happy. Then you find youself asking why you are so unhappy with you life when you have more material value and others are so happy. But, I think if we would just look at everything we have out of the materialistic realm and every opprotunity we do have, we would understand everything that God has blessed us with. Yes, we do only have one life on this Earth so we should live it up, but the main reason we are here is to prepare us for eternity in heaven. We will never need to be a skinny model there, or have a really nice car or cell phone. We just need to follow Him and be thankful in everything he has given us. I have been struggling with this concept so much recently but through prayer and seeking, He will guide you and make you happier than compare to anything.

Wow, I haven't updated in a long while. Well, everything is going here. Nothing to complain about, the AP Exam is over and I am very thankful for that. I am also so very thankful that I made Varsity Competition Football squad for next year!! My grandmother is also in town right now so it's really great to be able to spend time with her and all. Too bad I have testing all week or I could hang out with her!
Also, I got all my money for Peru!!!

I may go to Africa next summer to help in a clinic!
I'm sorry to everyone I have been grr to recently, there is no excuse, I have just been stressed and bogged down with {what seemed like everything, but I was over exaggerating} and I just couldn't get the strength to ask other peoples for help. I am sorry to all my friends, thank you so much for being there for me. You are such a blessing.
