The internet has warped my fragile little mind.
So I went to see Body of Lies last night, and I enjoyed it rather a lot. I expected it to be a painfully cerebral and harrowing damnation of America in the middle east, but what I hadn't realised was that it was directed by Ridley Scott who thankfully puts minor niggles like plot and pace above the important things like worthiness. So it was all in all a rather compelling thriller. And nicely acted by all. Having watched Man on Fire for the first time recently, I think I may be on the way to becoming a Ridley Scott fangirl.
But what I really need now is some Roger Ferris/Hani Salaam slash fic, because the chemistry was like Woah. Go see it, see what I mean.
EDIT: Dude, no wonder Hani was awesome! He was being played by Mark Strong! How did I not notice that? I think the awesome had hypnotised me.
