Monday, part 2

Trying not to post more than once a day, but since I have access at home now it's hard to save everything up for my trip to the smoke-filled PC room.  I may have to go back there just to breathe the air and look at the guy with the tattoos...

Pizza here--is an art form.  Bulgogi (barbequed beef).  Sweet potatoes.  Crust rolled up into curlicues.  Covered in pineapple with just little bits of meat.  Hot spices.  There is nothing they won't put on a pizza, and it all works out somehow.  I had the bulgogi one tonight, on whole wheat thin crust.  Yum!

The aforementioned bakery with the fluent English speaker?  I stopped by on the way home.  Yes, she makes tortillas.  Come in  Thursday as she's got two cakes booked between now and then.  Lil' bit of home here in Korea.

Put yesterday's beef outside for the Tux clan.  It's raining so I put it under an overhang in their garden-hut--I hope they don't mind.

Distracted...

Saw a cooking show at the pizza joint where I ate.  I'm beginning to wonder if this entire nation is heavily caffeinated.  Hyper friendly most of the time, running around everywhere, can't focus long enough to cook...

coffee, cats, korea
