TV Therapy

Was gonna 'hide' a rant here on the NEWS that's just, WOW. But that's not what this hidden profile is about.

TV = Therapy

It's the greatest escape. I miss the chat around TV, still love my shows - and it's a great distraction while working off whatever carb sugar damage I've done (hint: a lot).

Years ago I think TV was born again, better shows and actors and characters. Then the ratings fell and it was hard for a good show to 'catch' with big numbers. Many a good show bit the dust then (add yours to comments). Now with streaming and exclusive deals, some networks are so starved for content that risks are taken, shows given more of a chance. I miss all the Hulazonflix goodness, someday my budget will allow.

What's on the DVR or tablet these days:
  • The last season of Vampire Diaries - it's time.
  • Supernatural. Why I don't know, I FF most of it.
  • OUAT. Yeah, it's time to go too.  Agents of Shield.
  • The CW's DC Super Shows: Supergirl, Flash, Arrow, Legends.
  • Newer shows: Life is Us and Designated Survivor are barely holding my interest, for now. Struggling to get into Westworld.
  • Cable has: Suits, almost had its run. Game of Thrones. Still, wow. The Americans. OMG WOW. Too much HGTV.
That's enough typing. Back to work and lurk.
