I do wonder that they didn't go for the obvious Calvin & Hobbes parody with Hobbes. Maybe they used it for Calvin. If they covered him. Could be in volume 2 which I don't have...
But this series ranks up their with The Science of Discworld for helping me at least cram knowledge into my brain meats. Which given how little I've retained from my OFFICIAL schooling is always impressive. I blame THAC0. Remembering how that works probably crowds my simple mind...
