Oblivion
While the movie has plenty of "no wait why would they do that when they could just X" moments, it more than pushes them aside until later with its scenery and action sequences. Really the holes are more Nah That Doesn't Make Sense level than the Oh C'Mon levels. And none of the characters are actively stupid, like say they were in Prometheus. Enjoyable despite not really working on a science or logical level...
