Connecting room?

Shortly after checking in a guest comes back down to ask for another room because they don't want an adjoining room. We quickly give them another room, but my coworker and I are very confused because this room isn’t listed as an adjoining room, and we've put other people who had requested non-connecting rooms there before and never had a complaint.

So I decide to go up to the room and investigate. I go in, and to my surprise, there is a connecting door. But when I open it...


We got a good laugh out of this one.
