No-Longer-New Year's Resolution

Resolved: to write something, fiction, nonfiction, or cartoons about Batman, every day until school starts.

Today's is in my sketchbook, so I can't show my work, but it did happen.

If you don't follow DC comics (at least the Batman family's), you will have no clue what I'm babbling about.
. . . Okay, if you must know, I made speculative doodles that could potentially produce a spitecomic. Ten years after the events of All-Star Batman and Robin, lonely rich nerd/part-time Batman stalker Tim Drake has assembled a small group of crimefighters to take down the vigilante terrorist known only as "The Bat-Man."
Tim masterminded Operation Take Out This Dangerous, Violent Psycho, but the team leader is Barbara Gordon, alias Flamebird, formerly known as The F*cking Batgirl. Now in her mid-twenties, Barbara is a PA at Gotham U. Flamebird has already established a working relationship with Commissioner Gordon. Gordon (pere) has tried to distance himself from the Bat-Man, whose extreme methods have been doing more harm than good for years.
Barbara's sidekick is The Spoiler, a young woman with a personal stake in this mission. Stephanie Brown's father may have been a criminal, but he still had a right to a fair trial. Instead, The Bat-Man left him paralyzed from the neck down. It's not enough that he made his family's life hell when he was alive, but now his medical bills are through the roof and Stephanie's mom is left trying to pick up the pieces of their life. Also, he was still Stephanie's dad and she loves him no matter what, or something. Yawn.
From behind his bank of computer monitors, Tim sees all as Argus, the world's first crime-fighting desk jockey! Yeah, really exciting stuff, he knows. It's a thankless job, but someone has to do it. As the youngest, smallest, most computer-savvy member of the team, Tim was the obvious choice. Still, it's not like no one can cover for him while he spends a few hours running around fighting crime, right? Guys?

Real life update: My gastric reflux is back with a vengeance, so it's gonna be soups, salads, and smoothies for a while.
