Move along - nothing to see here

I am one of those people who constantly have a gym membership, but never use it.  In an effort to get fit (honestly!), I have moved my membership to somewhere that charges half the price of my last place, and booked some personal training sessions with the money I've saved.  I've also bought some shiny new trainers and gym kit so, though I am huffing and puffing through a workout, I look the part.

I am very short - 155cm, or 5'1" in old money.  Consequently, any excess weight is not carried very well as I don't have anywhere to hide it.  Being blessed or cursed (depending on my mood) with large breasts (F cup) does not help as even when I am relatively slim, the wrong choice of top can make me look huge.  I don't own scales, so I don't know how much I weigh, and I'm not planning on obsessing over the kilos now.  Instead, I will go on body measurements, and hopefully, with some effort, will see them all reduce.

I did quite a good workout last night so, with a new month, here are my stats:

chest - 98cm
waist - 79cm
hips - 101cm
left bicep - 29cm
right bicep - 28.5cm
left thigh - 55.5cm
right thigh - 55cm

I also ran/walked 3.2km in 30 mins.

Hopefully, these should be enough to measure my progress against.  The weight training and cardio combined should reduce my measurements, and my first goal is to get to 4km in 30 mins.  Lets see how I do by the 1st August.
