House comes across to me as a man comfortable with his physical self in every way (other than the pain of course).
I also believe he is far too curious a person to not have experimented with bisexuality. I think if House loved a person enough (as he clearly does Wilson), flat tits accompanied by frank and beans would not repulse him at all.
Whatever comes with the package, sort of thinking, is how I'm betting House would view it.
House is an athiest as well, and believes in envolution. That means he believes in the minds abilities, not spiritual ones nor the influence of a deity's moral rules.
In other words - the brain, the mind is god, and organs do not have sacred connotations, nor feelings, nor thoughts. The organs, including the reproductive ones, only have functions.
Love and devotion, etc are mind-made decisions often influenced by hormones, but not wholly subject to them.
Love, in other words, has nothing to do with organs, though hormonal (and religious, familial, culteral), influenced preferences exist and come to bear upon the majority of the world's populace.
So male, female,.. I'm not sure House would reject male/male sex if he loved the person enough to want to be that close.
House may have a preference - female - but I doubt he'd bar himself from physical affections just because the lover is Wilson - a man.
That's the way I see House.
