Summary: When the Grimaldi family is taken down, Damian is taken to a
prison in Malta while Luciano remains in a facility in the States: the
Oswald State Correctional Facility (Level 4), otherwise known as Oz.
After getting himself into some trouble, Dr. Reid Oliver is sent to
work at the Oswald medical facility, which is where he first meets the
young, blonde inmate.
